Conflicts can be disruptive to everyone’s day-to-day life—even those not directly involved. Mood and performance at work, school, and other activities suffers. The flow of negative thoughts arising due to conflict leads to more and more problems between people.
Taking below steps conflicts can be cured in a better way
- Control your tone
Sometimes the conflict and stress spikes not because of what we say, but how we say it. Be intentional about speaking to people even when you’re tired or upset—with a calm, respectful tone. It is possible to say hard things, but not say them in a harsh way.
- Take responsibility for your role
Recognize that you may have something to do with the continued existence of the problem. Figure out what actions you can take to solve the problem considering the feelings of all the parties involved.
- Forgive and Forget
Conflicts creates negative atmosphere which gives birth to the feelings like hate, anger, guilt or revenge. Unless we learn to forgive ourselves and the person/s who wronged us, we cannot forget the incidents which keep on troubling us and unburden our mind with negative emotions to make a steady progress in life.
Forgive someone in your heart who has ‘wronged’ you and forgot that matter to remove the invisible burden from your heart and mind.
